Never send us a secret
We will never ask for your password, your PIN or a card number by e-mail or on the phone. Anyone who does is not us, whatever address the message appears to come from.

What people ask before opening an account
How long does it take to open an account?
The form itself takes a few minutes. Identity verification is answered within one to two business days, and you can already see your account while it is under review.
In which languages do you write to me?
In the one you chose. Screens, e-mails and receipts all follow the language on your profile, not the language of whoever happens to be handling your file.
What happens if I close my account?
The balance goes back to you first — an account cannot be closed while it still holds money. The audit trail of what happened stays, because a record of a movement is not personal preference.
