Put money in, three ways

By card, by bank transfer, or in cash at a counter. Whatever the route, nothing lands on your balance without an entry that says where it came from.

How it works

Credited as soon as the payment settles. The payment is created once and reused — refreshing the page does not start a second one.

You get an IBAN and a reference to quote. When the money arrives, a person confirms it against that reference before anything is credited.

Handed over at a counter and confirmed by an adviser, who has to enter the bank reference and their own PIN before the entry is written.

Each payment carries a settlement key that the database refuses to see twice. A provider replaying the same notification changes nothing.

The instructions stay on screen until the deposit is confirmed.
