The commitment
We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 level AA. This is not a state reached and declared once: it is a constraint every screen has to hold, checked at every change.
What is in place
Semantic markup — headings that follow one another, lists that are lists, tables with their headers. Conforming contrast on every colour token, dark theme included. Every field carries a linked label, every icon button an accessible name, every decorative image is hidden from screen readers rather than described for nothing.
The keyboard, and the way out
Everything clickable is reachable by keyboard, and focus stays visible. Dropdowns follow the ARIA pattern: arrows, Home, End, Enter, Escape. Modal dialogues trap focus while open and return it when closed. Signing out, for its part, depends on no script: a user must never be locked in by a JavaScript failure.
Without JavaScript
The questions accordion is a native element and works without script. The language chooser is a list of links, not a menu requiring JavaScript. The portal screens, however — transfer, deposit, card management — rest on Livewire and do not work without JavaScript enabled: that is the first gap, and it is structural.
Known limits
Second gap: the administration tables are dense and scroll horizontally below 1,200 pixels wide. They remain usable by keyboard and screen reader, but reading them takes an effort we have not yet removed. No external audit has been carried out to date; this statement rests on internal checks.
Reporting an obstacle
If a page resists you, write to us saying which one and what you were trying to do. We answer, and we say what we are fixing and when. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the relevant authority in your country.
