The rules
What the database guarantees, not a button
- An external transfer is confirmed by codes that belong to that transfer and to no other. Abandon it and the codes you already entered come back unused.
- The amount is set aside when you send, and only leaves once the transfer settles. Cancel before then and it comes back whole — nothing is created, nothing is lost.
